"GRE Vocab Master" (the "App") values user privacy and complies with applicable privacy laws. This policy describes what personal information the App collects, how it is used, and how long it is retained.

The App collects the following information to provide its services.

• Email address: Collected at sign-up and sign-in (via email login or Google sign-in)
• Study data: Word-learning progress, quiz results, bookmarks, and settings (target test date, daily goal)

The App does not collect sensitive personal information such as name, phone number, address, or payment details.

2. How we use information

• User identification and sign-in
• Cloud storage and cross-device sync of study data
• Service improvement and troubleshooting

3. Retention and deletion

• Upon account deletion, all personal information is deleted immediately.
• While you use the service, data is retained for the purposes described above.
• If retention is required by applicable law, the data is kept for the legally required period.

4. Third-party disclosure

The App does not share personal information with third parties, except in the following cases.

• When the user has provided prior consent
• When required by applicable law

The App relies on the following service providers to operate.

• Supabase Inc.: Database and authentication services (email, study data storage)
• Google LLC: Google OAuth sign-in

You may exercise the following rights at any time.

• Request access, correction, or deletion of personal information
• Request account deletion and erasure of your data
• Request that processing of your personal information be paused

7. Security measures

• All data is transmitted over HTTPS (SSL/TLS).
• Passwords are stored using one-way hashing.
• Access to personal information is limited on a need-to-know basis.

If this policy changes, we will notify users in advance through an in-app notice or email.
